John K. McVickers

John K. McVickers began his career as an attorney in Chicago and spent eighteen years practicing tax and transactional law. In 1999, John founded McVickers Development, which has grown into a significant mid-western commercial real estate firm specializing in large format retail-anchored shopping centers. McVickers Development has developed over 4 million square feet of commercial real estate.

John received a J.D. from IIT Chicago Kent College of Law, an MBA from IIT Stuart School of Businessand a B.A. in Finance from the University of Illinois.

 Kathy Garazin

Kathy Garazin joined McVickers Development in 2006 and handles the accounting responsibilities for McVickers Development and its affiliated companies.

Ms. Garazin has a long history of involvement in the acquisition, disposition, construction and property management of commercial properties. Previously, Ms. Garazin closed and administered construction loans for Bank of America and GMAC Commercial Mortgage.

Ms. Garazin received a BS in Accounting from Saint Louis University.
