McVickers, in joint venture with Oxford Real Estate Equities, completed construction of its three tenant retail building in Bloomfield, Michigan. The building features Chipotle, Potbelly & Starbucks as its three tenants.
McVickers completed the sale of outlot property in front of Walmart, Montgomery to Murphy’s Gas Station. Construction is completed and the gas station will open shortly in Fall 2015.
McVickers, in partnership with Oxford Real Estate Equities, receives approval to build a new 6,200 square foot three tenant building for Starbucks, Potbelly and Chipotle in Bloomfield, MI. Construction is expected to start in Spring 2015.
