McVickers New Lenox completes construction of a two-tenant Potbelly/Mattress Firm building in front of Walmart Supercenter in New Lenox, IL. Construction of the 5,700 square foot building was performed by Builtech Construction and includes a drive-thru for Potbelly.

McVickers completes sale of New Lenox Lot 5 to Heartland Dental in front of the Walmart Supercenter in New Lenox, IL. Heartland Dental is building a 5,800 square foot two tenant building, including a 3,900 square foot Heartland Dental office.

McVickers, in partnership with Oxford Real Estate Equities, begins construction of the new Target anchored development in Lake Bluff, IL. In addition to the new Target store, the development includes three outlot buildings. Tenants include Potbelly, Chipotle, Meatheads, AT&T and Sleepy’s.

McVickers completes sale of 2.5 acres in the New Lenox, IL Walmart development to Agree Realty. Agree begins construction on 65,000 of in-line space leased to TJ Maxx, Ross Dress for Less and PETCO.
